...which screwmount camera? Currently it's on my Praktica FX, but I'd rather have it mounted on a better & more modern M42 body. I experimented with mounting it on a Fujica ST605 while back, but the mirror collides with the back of the lens when the shutter is released. So... Anybody here using this lens on a different SLR body? Can anybody recommend a body with the appropriate lens mount --> film plane distance that allows space for the mirror to swing up? BTW, I'd also be happy to use this lens with an M42 adapter on a Pentax K body, a Nikon body, or Leica M-Mount. Thank You All, CJ |

I've used the Tessar on a Yashica screw-mount body and a Pentax Spotmatic. These are not modern bodies, but didn't Cosina make an M42 body just a few years ago, the Bessaflex? |

Yes, they did. I wonder if it's still in production... Perhaps I'll mess around with K-mount to M42 adapters. |
