Google lists lots of sources for metric screws. Screws that small are hard for hobbyists to measure.

Micro-Tools has M1.4 x 3mm screws, but only in pan head ...

Wsboyd. Ace hardware has a great selection of metric screws available locally. Don't know if Ace markets in Canada however,
