Hey all, I have an FC-1 that I've brought back to life with a few 357 batteries recently. Now that the shutter works, it only works when it feels like it. I've noticed when I have the power winder on and the back open, I can fire shot after shot with no issues.

But when I close the back, it becomes intermittent. Sometimes I'll get about 15 shots off, then it stops firing. Or I'll get two. But as soon as I open the back it's OK. I think it's a short when the back plate contacts the frame counter thing, which I'm now thinking of grinding off. Any ideas?
