Just got a Yashica TL Super. Shutter seems to be working fine, but mirror locks up at all speeds slower than 1/500. Grateful for any suggestions.

Closer inspection reveals that at speeds under 1/500 the shutter fires alternately at (about) the right speed, and then at (I guess about) 1/1000, this cycle repeating itself. The mirror sticks only at the slower (correct) speed.
