The film advance lever on my canon A-1 is stuck. I cannot advance the film. |

you can try to 'reset' it, there is something that prevents the camera from being wound twice, deactivate this (usually a lever) and try to wind it. sorry, i'm not sure about the specifics of the A-1, but the wind lock is usually found under the base plate. |

First try and activate the deliberate double exposure mode - lever under wind on lever, and see if the wind on can be operated. If lever moves fully, release shutter and then retest normal operation cycle. |
