I have a number old 35mm cameras that are in need of repair. After a bit of research I came across a site www.cameramanualsandrepairguides.com It looks like they have quite a few repair manuals. Has anyone come up with other sites? |

They have nice reprints. I've gotten a few from them. But first try looking for your 35mm camera repair manuals on the internet n this site. You'd be surprised how many there are out there. |

I have found several sites on eBay. I have bought a Repair manual for both may Contax RTS and RTS II. The do leave a lot out, because they are designed for people who already know the basic. A very good book to start with is "Camera Maintenance and Repair Book 1" by Thomas Tomosy. This gives a good background on how some cameras work and are put together. Good Luck, working on cameras can truly try you patience. Be sure to take you blood pressure medicine before starting, else you may blow a gasget, Jut Kidding ;) Hopefully before long I will have my RTS II up an operating |
