Dear forum members,

I removed two screws form my elmarit 180mm 2.8 2 cams.
Turned right and left just a touch, and ended up with two parts that I can't seem to put back together. The initial goal was to grease a stiff focus ring...
Pics can be posted if need be

Thanks

Sorry my information does not have detailed instructions for this lens. I guess that you now have a part loose in the barrel, it could be a focus stop or other limit stop. However I might have missed the point completely and your 'two parts' are in fact the focus helix. If it is just a limit stop, can you 'shake' it back into position? A picture giving a full side view of the lens - from front to rear' may help me work out something from the sectional drawings I have. All my Elmarit lenses are M types, thus not much help in working out a solution.
