Hello, My practically brand new Sony DSC-W100 seems to have a case of being blind. No Image shows up on the LCD screen - However, all icons, bars and image focus icons show up on said LCD screen. In any mode, the background is balck instead of what I am pointing at, and any picture taken nothing but black. The camera has never been dropped, or exposed to any liquids. |

Remove the lens cap! Seriously; there are so many possible causes, only a return to Sony will solve your problems. We only deal with operator repairable kit on this forum - modern digital certainly does not fall into this category. |
