I have an XGE (same as XG7 or XG2) that has dust on the top side of the screen. Apparantly, later models had removable screens but I don't know if mine has or not. Anyone know how to tell the difference between removable and non-removable screens or how to get the screen out if it is removable?
I think ALL XG's have removeable screens. Look immediately behind the mirror dampener material and you should see a clip....pull that clip towards you careful to not touch the screen itself. When the screen pops out, take a pencil or marker and mark the screen so that you will know which way is up. Use a very soft brush to remove the debris....do not rub it!
