Hi ,just wondering if any can help or advise as to where to get a replacement mirror for leicaflex mirror.It is extremely scratched ,and foggy with black spots . I was able to remove the mirror it is aproximately 1 1/4 by 3/4 thanks |

One way to replace the mirror is to buy an old Polaroid camera, remove the mirror and cut it to fit your leicaflex. The mirror thickness is also important. I have seen details on how the best way to cut the mirror but forget where, sorry. Alf |

maybe you should contact Leica. somewhere on their site they have the adress of their service and parts departments... I tried to get curtains from them, but they either pointed me elsewhere or didn't reply. can't hurt to try though. |

Have a look here. https://kyp.hauslendale.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77361 The Polaroid Pronto or One Step "Reflex" cameras are the ones to go for and can be bought very cheaply. Cut the mirror to size on the back using a new glass cutter. Alf |
