Hi folks !!!!
I'd like to report a problem I have with a Canon F1New. when I press the shutter, the mirror is very sluggish in getting up. After some time the first curtain opens, then mirror stays in the up position. Upon releasing the shutter second curtain releases and mirror goes back down . I was suspecting some shutter problem, BUT: If I keep the mirror in the up position with my finger and operate the shutter, then it works perfectly at all settings, without any lag and no capping at 2000. The curtains seem correctly tensionned and snap as they should.. Any advice is appreciated !! Regards Aldo |
