I recently bought an Olympus Pen ees-2 in a jumble sale for 5 euro. Bargain! Great little camera. I removed the little dent in the filterring and cleaned the aperture blades. It now functions very well. One question though: I marked the focussing ring before removing it and put it back the way it came. All seemed well. After developing my first film I seemed as if everything is in focus, in all zones, except for things very nearby, say 1 mtr. I think all is well, but perhaps I may have turned it one entire cicle to far, so it still aligns with my markings but is off focus a little. Is that possible? I want to test the focus and found some info on how to do it on this forum, but that post referred to another post from '2003 Q2', which I can't find in the archives anymore... Can someone explain how I can test the focus? It is said to be a very easy test.... |
