I had tested self timer and it is working fine for one time. but after that self timer no more response when i turn down the lever. Anyone can advise me what i can do? Posted on Friday, December 25, 2009 - 04:31 pm:        It's very likely that the timer clockwork is gummed up from years of non use. Try to gently nudge it in the 'unwind' direction. If it starts to move, apply gentle pressure to keep it moving until it reaches the end of it's travel. The leave it alone until you are ready to remove and clean it or have it done. I have come across many 'broken' cameras with which the only thing wrong is the self timer is stuck.
