Okay, so I was given a QL17 as a parts camera for my other QL, but everything on it works fine (shutter speeds seem okay, metering matches my working QL dead-on). Everything, that is, except the rangefinder mechanism. I look through the viewfinder, adjust the focus, and the two focusing images don't budge - and they're way off.
I'm thinking/hoping that there may just be a linkage that came apart. It was FREE, so to make this camera work would just be a bonus. Any thoughts? Rick, you out there? |
