First let me apologise for a question about an electronic camera, but it is a mechanical problem. The wind on lever works but it's very loose. It feels as if I need to remove it and tighten something underneath. The problem is the lever just seems to be a single piece of plastic with no obvious way of taking it off. Does anyone know if the circular top of the lever either just prises off say with a thin blade,or does it screw off, and if so is it a left hand thread? Thanks in anticipation.
A thousand apologies! I've worked it out. The plastic part is just a cover, there are two screws underneath which attach it to the metal lever proper (which has been duly tightened up). Other cameras I've worked on are differenly assembled.
