Hi,

Don't know if anyone can advise. I want to buy a camera cover from cameraleather.com. The cover I want is called "Black lizard skin" and I have just realised that it really *is* lizard skin (as distinct from the covers sold by Aki Asahi which are textured cowhide). Does anyone know if it is OK to import this into the UK? I've emailed cameraleather.com and will check with UK authorities but it's a holiday weekend here so I won't be able to talk to anyone before Tuesday.

Thanks for any advice.

Ian.

I have never had any problems - the product is not from endangered species so why should there be a problem? I have purchased quite a few pieces for restoration of none photographic items; however, I do not like this 'leather' as a camera covering.
