I am restoring a Voigtlander brilliant, and the restoration is going well, but the words on the camera are different than anything I have seen before. I am familiar with the "Portrait, Group, Landscape," and "Portrait Gruppe Landschaft" that you see on every other Voigtlander camera I've bought, but this one has "Portret Skupina Krajina" on it. I think I know what it means, but what language is it? Does anyone know? Babel won't help me because it needs to know what language it is before it will translate it. |

Thank you very much. The camera came from Israel, so it probably has quite a history. It's travelled more than I have. |

Hi Charles, I am a new member in this forum and the way I write English is chaotic (sorry) To be exported, the Voigtlander Brillant TLR have been made in many different versions regarding the language. The different languages that were available are : German, English, French, Czech, Spanish, Italian and Polish, I still miss Czech, and Spanish version in my collection. Daniel Paris |
