Any techniques for setting infinity focus on a rangefinder that does not have a B setting? I know and have used the collimating techniques on this forum, but this camera is a Canon A35F and I don't know how to get the shutter to stay open.
One trick is to put black tape over the light sensor so as to force a long exposure. Many auto-exposure cameras will keep the shutter open long enough to check the infinity focus. I have done this successfully with the Minolta HiMatic E and the Nikon L35AF.
