I've CLA'd copal shutters and adjusted them without any problems, so I'm not new to shutters. However, I _am_ new to Seikosha's. I've got two Seikosha-S's to CLA.
According to several sources (such as http://pheugo.com/cameras/index.php?page=seikosha). The entire slow speed (retard) assembly should be moved closer to the center to decrease the speed. Can anyone describe specifically how this is done or provide a photo or diagram?
On my two shutters, the slow speed assembly is secured with two screws and it appears to only have _one_ possible position. How is this adjusted?

Ah, never mind. It's subtle, but there is a small amount of play in the left side screw hole at the base of slow speed assembly-enough to adjust it. |

Kerne: Other adjustments may be obtained from adjusting the pins on the governor or swedging the cam step that is off, if one or two speeds are off. bending the pin will cause a shift over the whole range of course.
