I have an action touch that has had battery acid damage and appears to need wires resoldered. The disassembly of this one is strange, as it is waterproof, there are no screws on the outside. There are a few screws inside but it is not obvious how to get the main parts of the body separated so I can get at the battery terminals.

Anybody have a manual for this one of advice on getting in?

thanks
Sean

As I point out up above, it is simple once you get all of the relevant screws out of the back. The camera comes apart with the guts in one piece and the front on the other. Access to the battery terminals on top is gained by moving the flash capacitor.
