Hello! Maybe someone can help me.

I just bought a Yashica M-3 AKA Minister III. I know it has a selenium based lightmeter that doesn't need batteries but the needle doesn't show any readings.

Shutter and iris are both working properly.

I honestly don't know what to do, and to send that camera for repair in my country is absurdly expensive.

Pablo, I wouldn't bother with trying to get the meter fixed. Selenium meters are a dead-end developement, and have been superceded by CdS and Silicon cells. Most selenium meters that are still working are way off anyway, and will only get worse before they die altogether. Get a good hand held meter, or use the Sunny-16 method of exposure calculation. The ends of some Fuji boxes have an exposure guide on them, and you can always print out a Sunny-16 guide, laminate it, and carry it in your camera bag at all times.
