I inherited my father-in-law's C-3, along with a wide angle and a tele converter. These lenses screw into the filter threads of the Cintar 50mm lens. Do I need to compensate on the focus or the aperture settings when using these lenses? One says "Sun Wide Angle Aux Lens 35mm Model A" The other says "Tele Hagon, coated lens, 2X F:3.5" |

I have a set of auxilliary lenses for my C-3 Matchmatic and when using them you do have to compensate. Isn't the information you need on the auxilliary lens band? I'd give you the info off of mine, but the Matchmatic uses a different "improved" system of numbers. Otherwise there isn't much difference between the two cameras. |

The lenses are not the Argus lenses that are shown in the manual. They are an aftermarket accessory that screws into the filter threads. I don't have any information on them and there aren't any other markings on the bands. |
