What kind of glue to join aluminium logo and vulcanite skin on my LEICA M4-P?

I would use either Contact Cement, or a pressure sensitive adhesive film.

Which ever of Rick's sensible choices you use, make sure the product is for automotive use. Body oils/greases and heat play havoc with 'household' products used in this application.
