I brought a Hasselblad 500cm with the stock Zeiss 80mm f2.8. The focus works smoothly not too stiff or too loose except there is a backlash when you change focus direction. Is this likely to be a simple grease repacking CLA or is it a more serious wear problem with the focusing gears?
