I acquired a Rodenstock 80mm lens for my Retina IIIc. Where these sold with lens coating ? |

I remembered I read about this in the Kodak website. I found it on this web page: http://kodak.3106.net/index.php?p=216 Many Retinas produced in the late 1940's and early 1950's were available with both coated and uncoated lenses, though not necessarily at the same time. Coated Schneider lenses incorporate a red triangle in the data on the bezel at the front of the lens, Rodenstock lenses having a red letter "A". Thanks, Ismael |

All 80mm Rodenstock lenses for the Retina IIIc were coated to the best of my knowledge.Regards, Chris. |
