I have a sticky shutter on my camera. I purchased it for only $5.00 as a project but the shutter won't fire. Any thoughts?

As a fifty year old camera, it needs clean-lube-adjust. Actually if you take it apart, clean it, and lube it, it might work just fine and not need any adjustments.

You will need a book or two, some tools (will cost more than $5) and a few dozen hours. There are a few quirks to taking this model apart. If you guess, and guess wrong, you will have a big problem.

How committed are you to the camera?
