I have just purchased a beautiful mint balda baldix folding camera which I am looking forward to using. On familiarising myself with the camera, the film wind/double exposure wheel when turned clockwise 'clicks' and prevents a double exposure. This worked OK at first but after a couple of trials I heard no click and is now not functioning. I didn't hear any spring or anything else break. Is it repairable or do I need to get it looked at by a pro.
You must have sussed it out by now, but in order to wind on these cameras turn the wind-on knob anticlockwise till it stops, then turn it clockwise till it stops. Then set the shutter and Bob's your uncle!
