Hi there!
Just bought an old OM1. Sadly it has some deteorisation of the foam around the prism. I have read somewhere that this can just be removed, and the camera can then be assembled again, and would then work happily ever after >:o)
The big problem is now, how do I remowe the top-cover without damaging anything?
Would I need any spare parts for this operation?
Regards - René

Hi Martin!

Very informative site, and very quick response from you - thanks a lot!
I also see that I am not the first to ask this question >:o)
Best regards - René
