Hi all. Anyone help with the above. I need to take lens off so as to remome spots(fungs?)on rear glass. found the 4 screws under cover thanks to posting on this site. Camera was dirt cheap because of those 2 spots plus the spot meter button is missing. Everything else seems to work fine and it's in real nice condition, no dings, digs anywhere. One nice camera.....Almost as good as my Cosmic Symbol!

Sorry, did not answer your e-mail yet. You have to remove the (notchless) screw of the advance lever, and screw off the rewind lever (hold the fork part inside with a strong screwdriver). I do not remember it precisely but I think there are ring nuts around the advance and rewind shaft which hold the top cover. |

Have you tried simply unscrewing the rear lens group from the shutter in place? I know I recently replaced a rear lens on an SP that way, and I think the whole group can be removed, too. |
