I have a 1982 Canon F1 which needs some attention. The light meter is not reading accurately, film counter isn't working and the whole camera needs a good clean and some TLC. Can anyone recommend a good repair shop either in London or Amsterdam. I love this camera dearly and only want to part with it if I know it's in excellent hands. Thanks, Samira |

It sucks to get old. Those beautiful old cameras fail, too. However, now may be a good time to move on- I just bought a like new F1 on Ebay for $US 195. It had 4 lenses included. Also, there are parts cameras that you could use to dismantle, become familiar with the mechanics, then attempt to repair your beloved F1.. Good Luck! |
