I have a Yashica Electro 35 GSN, the yellow and red arrow indicating light on top doesn't light anymore after i opened out the body and did some minor soldering at the wire connecting to flash.
but the auto mode metering still functioning, where the shutter speed will vary according to different aperture value
anyone knows what's the problem and how to fix it?
thanks

I have a GSN which had extensive corrosion on the internal wiring. I replaced the main supply line from the battery compartment to the pad for the battery check button. I could see other corroded wires to some of the warning lights but didn't take the time to replace them. The camera now works well (except for the warning lights). This sounds like your camera so maybe you could check for corrosion in the circuitry. Good luck.
