I've seen a guide somewhere on the net to reacalibrate a Konica S2 rangefinder. Hunting everywhere, the reference eludes me. Can anyone help? 1. How do I open the S2 2. Map of the Rangefinder system? |

RJ: Try this website. Hope the link is a good one. Otherwise Google search: Mick Feuerbacher Photography Pages. Then link to his camera repair articles. http://feuerbacher.net/photo/frame.html |

You can also refer to the repair article about the virtually identical Konica Auto-S1.6. On the Konica Auto-S models for minor calibration you can remove a small round cover near the viewfinder eyepiece and turn a small adjustment screw with a small screwdriver. |

Gary & Winfried, Thank you. I found the information on the Konica S1.6 pages. Yesterday I'd already looked and past through the pages without noticing the S1.6.. This is the first time in a year I've opened up a Konica S2. I'm amazed at how easily I forget such a simple thing |
