I own one pentax MG SLR Camera.
I bought it over 20 years.

Recently when I clean my house, I find the old camera. I play it and the battery is out.

I press the shutter many times. Finally, the mirror is locked and shutter cannot be pressed any more.

The Pentax MG is totally battery-dependent.
And it is normal that the mirror fails to return if no battery power.

There could be other issues of course - but your first move is to thoroughly clean the battery compartment contacts and install a brand new battery. Hopefully all then might come good.
