Hi all, the switch on my AUTO YASHINON-DX 50mm 1:1.7 does not work. Only work if i press manually and not in auto. What can i do ? |

Sorry but it's not quite clear what does not work. What happens if you switch from Auto to Manual, and what do you think should happen? |

If you press the pin on the back of the lens the aperture should close to the one selected. Does this not happen? |

Pietro, If the Auto/Manual switch is set to Auto and you press the pin on the camera side of the lens, the aperture will close down to the f-stop that you selected. It will re-open when you release pressure from the pin. If the switch is set to Manual, the aperture will open and close as you turn the diaphragm ring, whether you put pressure on the pin or not. Now - what is the lens not doing? Jan |
