I have a Promaster AF 28-80mm Nikon lens that had an accident, it was bumped and fell off. The plastic lips on the mounting flange broke off. Gluing didn't work very well, the plastic pieces are just too fine and keep getting broken off no matter how well it is glued, it's just cheap crap. I don't understand why it's not a metal mounting plate instead. I'd like to replace the entire flange plate. It seems simple enough to replace, just 3 screws holing it in place, but I can't seem to find a parts source. Any one know where to buy parts or may have a junker lens that I can use for the parts? Thanks, Paul NYC [email protected] |
