HI all:
I have a Nikon FE and the film advance lever is stuck. I opened up the bottom plate and played around the linkage. After playing with it awhile, I think the locking mechanism that prevents the lever moving during "cocked" position doesn't release after releasing the shutter. Doesn't anyone has similar experience? Any solution of this?

I have the same camera. Shutter jams when battery is low/ dead. Try setting shutter to bulb to advance. (then it's a dead battery) If that doesn't work, I'll tell you I've had mine in to the shop twice for similar problems. Good luck |
