Posted on Saturday, July 29, 2006 - 10:01 am:        Assuming yours is a Vitessa with long film advance plunger. Lift the film rewind-crank arm as under the camera baseplate and rotate it clockwise. If no resistance and it turns around forever - there is no film in the camera. Otherwise press the button in the camera base and clockwise rewind any film. Remover the camera back by standing up the release lever as approx' central in the baseplate - then rotate it 90 degrees in either direction. You can then slide the back off downwards.
