Hi, I'm Johnathan - long time reader, first time poster.
I've been building up a small collection of cameras, but they've mostly just been on display. I finally decided to start cleaning them up and maybe even snapping a few pictures with them.
I started with my Argus 75, and I've already messed up. While taking off the front plate, a small brass looking piece fell out. I've tested out the camera and it seems to work fine without this piece, but surely it does something.

Looks like something to do with the flash sync, or contacts. |
