hey folks, i just stumbled upon my father's old leicaflex - unfortunately it had to spend the past 10 years in our humid basement. the shutter seems to be stucked, the mirror is quite rough-running when trying to move it -carefully- manually, so is the focussing of the summicron-lens. i presume it needs some drops of oil or something - but where and how? anybody out there who knows where to find a online service manual or which screws to unmount to get to the right points of interest? oh, and i'm sorry for possible language mistakes.. =) thanks in advance, sebastian |

Not online, but Thomas Tomosey has written a book on repairing Leicas which has some dismantling instructions for the Leicaflex. May be worth a look (I've never followed them, my budget won't stretch to such cameras) |
