If i advance the film and let go from the lever the camera takes picture right after that (without me pressing shutter release button). Sometimes it happens, sometimes not. And frames are lost... What causes that? Any advice? thanks |

Just a guess- I think the shutter might not be fully cocking, so that when you let go the lever the shutter is not latched and it fires. this is generally caused by wear in the linkage, it may or may not be something you can reach under the baseplate. |

by mishandiling my nikon fm2 camera i broke the accessory shoe how can i attach it, i have got another problem, when i advance the flim lever it does not fully load the flim i have to advance or fully load it manually by rotating the motor drive coupling from below. please help me out. |
