Hi- I have a Prinz f8 500mm mirror lens, and the focus adjustment is very stiff and slow. Can this be adjusted? If so, how?

I don't know about Prinz, but I had a mirror lens some time ago that I could just pull a screw out from the focus ring and the front end would unscrew right off it. a very simple helical. Once it's apart, I imagine you need to clean out the hardened grease from the threads and replace it with new lubricant.
