tried cleaning and tunning holder. seems like it may be internal. any ideas guys?

Well, I'm sure no expert but seems it could be anything. My two cents is get a manual and tear into it or sell it as is on ebay.

The manual I got for a broken FG had a trouble shooting flow chart. I was able to fix one problem then hit the wall on another. Symptoms were not covered in the book.
