Does anyone know if the Topcon Unirex uses a foam mirror bumper? Mine does not have one, But I can't tell if it is part of the design or the old one fell off.
Apparently yes. On my sample there is a foam padding surrounding the focusing screen, which I beleive is functioning as a mirror bumper. It is a bit hard to tell as the opening in the lens mount is very narrow. Renewal will probably require major disassembly.
