I have a new (to me ;) ) Fed-3. After running a roll through I have some overlapping frames. Could this be typical of ratchetting the wind lever for 2 short strokes rather than using only one stroke (I'm used to my Pentax MX), or is this the "Fed transport problem"? If the latter, is there a quick fix? Thanks for any advice, Ken |

i'm not familiar with a perticular "fed transport problem"; kievs are known to have some issues in that area, i haven't seen it in feds (though i don't have a lot of experience with them, i only have one). i'd try shooting a roll winding with single strokes and see if that helps it. : ) = |

Hello, There is a screw inside the take up spool. Tighten that a about 1 1/2 turns. The spool is supposed to slip a little as the film winds on and increases diameter on the spool....... |
