I have some question regarding the power diaphragm (part #:YG2-0179-000) inside the lense EF50 (1.4 ultrasonic lense). What are the operating voltage and wiring specifications for it? I am using it outside a camera and the lense.

Try your local Canon Service Centre.Here in UK they have been more than helpful in providing me with 'electronic'specifications etc.
