I'm not experienced in camera repair, although I did manage to adjust the rangefinder on my Electro 35 GT once. Anyway, I have a Super 23 with the 100 mm 3.5 lens which I haven't used in about 10 years. I'm trying to get it going again so I can shoot some big, black and white negatives. The aperture lever appears to be stuck and won't move. I've tried applying a little more pressure, but it feels like I'm just going to bend the lever. Any ideas how I can get it moving/working again? Thanks! -Bill

This has happened to mine as well. I noticed the blades were oily (when they worked) then after a few years of non use they are now completely stuck. The shutter needs to be cleaned. After unscrewing the front elements from the shutter, a little lighter fluid may dissolve the oil for a while but it will eventually just get stuck up again. Best to get it done professionally.
