Hi folks, I’m requesting a bit of help. I have several auxiliary rangefinders that fit in a hot/cold shoe. Here is a pic of two of them http://www.pbase.com/lulalake/image/45297724 I use them on older cameras that don’t have rangefinders like a Franka Solida III and a few much earlier ones. None of them read the same. Yuk. Does anyone have a clue as where to get these calibrated? I much appreciate the help Jules |

Normally this is a relatively simple DIY job.Are you saying that your rangefinders do not have any adjustment screws?Usually all you need is a tape measure and a screwdriver. |

Jules, I do not have many separate rangefinders but all mine have clearly seen adjustment screws.Might be talking rubbish, but seem to recollect in dim and distant past my Father adjusting one of his via the dial 'pivot' screw? I hope that one of the Experts on this forum can help you more than I can. Glenn |

Glenn, That's exactly where the adjustment screw is! You helped a bunch and thanks again. Jules |
