I just bought a Moskva 2 and the only problem with the camera is the shutter must be operated by shutter release on the lens, the release button on the camera body does not work. Anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it? Thanks in advance. |

Kevin, Does your Moskva have a double exposure prevention? If it does, than you have to wind the film to the next frame in order for the body release to become active. The sequence should be: 1) Wind film 2) Cock shutter 3) Release shutter ....and repeat. All the best, Jan |

Thanks for your reply, I'll check the camera when I get home to see if thats it. If not i'll take a good look at the linkage and see if it's working properly. Does anyone have a close up pic of the linkage that I could look at to compare? Thanks again. |
