hi,
i need to remove the shutter speed dial
inner(the part with the numbers on it)
for replacement.
can anybody advise?

Unfortunately that trim piece is glued on. Best bet is to see if there is a little extra gap somewhere around the rim, and try getting the tip of an exacto blade in to pry with.
