Hello, this is my first post. Thanks for reading.

I got a Pilot Super KW medium format reflex camera.
As far as I could search I know there are three lenses available for this model: Laack Pololyt 75mm f3.5, Ennastar and Pilotar.
The problem is that mine came without any, and it has been impossible for me to find any of those lenses for sale.

I am wondering if I can place a more common lens instead of the one that is suposed to fit. The camera works fine, needs cleaning and oiling. If I can make it to take good pictures would be just great.

Do you have any clue??

Some links about the camera:

Thanks a lot

I think, but not sure at all. That the mount is a M40. Old 40mm screw mount from german cameras.

Cheers

I think this camera was copied in China under the name "Great Wall". That camera takes Leica-thread 39mm lenses, though actual Leica lenses will not focus to infinity. It seems to me a similar camera was marketed in the USA under the Kalimar brand.

Thanks. I measured the mount and it gave me a 32mm screw, maybe I should read it again.

I will search for Kalimar and see what happens.

Cheers

Well at the end, I found a pilotar 75mm f 2.9 at colecameras.

I supose it's the best way to make it work.

Thanks a lot
